　　We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.

　　In this role, you will:

　　- To handle daily echannel payment processing task as assigned by line manager/supervisor. Work tasks are processed in accordance with policies and procedures as stipulated by GCs. To provide clear and correct answers to enquires related to documents checking area from internal and external customers in a friendly manner. The processing should be conducted in accordance with SLA. Common fraud/errors/irregular transactions are identified and escalated.

　　- Acquire updated knowledge on procedures related to relevant processes

　　- To take both job rotation and classroom training to expand relevant job knowledge and be familiar with regulations required by both HBCN and the local regulators

　　- To keep open and close communications with peers, supervisors, internal and external customers

　　To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:

　　-Bachelor degree or above

　　-Good communication/interpersonal skills and fluent written and spoken English and Mandarin

　　-Previous Forign Currency operations related experience, and familiar with SAFE regulation is a plus

　　-Proactive attitude and able to work under pressure with efficiency

　　-Meticulous to details

　　-Well organized and good time management skill

　　-Successfully complete Anti-Money Laundering and Sanctions training and post-course assessment, as required
