　　We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.

　　In this role, you will:

　　-To handle inward and outward RMB transactions through various payment channels, which are in compliance with various internal and external control procedures and regulations;

　　-To handle customer enquiries related to RMB payments and assist supervisor in handling customer complaints;

　　-To prepare reports/data on RMB payment as required by local regulators;

　　-To scan paper instructions to GSC and daily reconcile relevant system reports;

　　-To serve internal/external customers courteously and sincerely with a friendly and helpful manner.

　　To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:

　　-Bachelor degree or above

　　-Good communication skills and fluent written and spoken English and Mandarin

　　-Previous RMB operations experience is a plus

　　-Proactive attitude and able to work under pressure with efficiency

　　-Meticulous to details
